Nalgene bottles and containers have a durable design made to combat waste and withstand a lifetime’s worth of adventure. If the unthinkable happens, rest easy, we have a Lifetime Guarantee that covers functional damage to the bottle or containers such as cracks, breaks or broken components from regular, intended use. The guarantee is limited to functional damage and does not cover lost or stolen items. It also does not cover cosmetic damage including scratches, nicks, or worn prints. If you feel the damage to your bottle warrants a replacement, please submit a warranty claim via the means below. Please note that all claims are subject to review and we reserve the right to reject claims that do not fall within guidelines of the guarantee.

All items ship from Belgium. Standard shipping is 3 business days, however, depending on your location can take up to 7 days. All orders over €35 ship free. Standard GLS rates apply for all other orders.

Please note: we only ship to Eurozone. Finland, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden and remote locations are also excluded: Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Andorra, Baleares, Canary Islands, Melilla, Ceuta, Gibraltar, Azores, Madeira, and Corsica.


For safety and health reasons, Nalgene does not accept returns. If your product is defective, please submit a replacement request through our Warranty/Replacement Form. If you have received the wrong item or your item was not to your expectations, please contact us.
