What is your shipping policy?

All items ship from Belgium. Standard shipping is 3 business days, however, depending on your location can take up to 7 days. All orders over €35 ship free. Standard GLS rates apply for all other orders.


Will ship to Eurozone only. Finland, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom and remote locations also excluded: Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Andorra, Baleares, Canary islands, Melilla, and Ceuta, Gibraltar, Azores, Madeira, and Corsica.


How do I clean my Nalgene bottle?

All of our bottles are dishwasher safe. We recommend placing them on the top rack and away from any heating element. You can also wash it by hand. Fill your bottle about 2/3 full with very warm water and a few drops of cleaning solution and vinegar. Put the cap on, shake well, then let it sit for an hour. Can I freeze my Nalgene bottle?

Yes, you can. However, only fill your bottle about 2/3 full to allow for expansion (and prevent cracking).

Is my Nalgene bottle recyclable?

Yes. All Nalgene products will be accepted at standard recycling process centers.

What is Tritan plastic?

We use Tritan Renew for the majority of our bottles. You can find more information about Tritan here.

What is your warranty policy?

Nalgene bottles and containers have a durable design made to combat waste and withstand a lifetime’s worth of adventure. If the unthinkable happens, rest easy, we have a Lifetime Guarantee that covers functional damage to the bottle or containers such as cracks, breaks or broken components from regular, intended use. The guarantee is limited to functional damage to bottles or containers and does not cover lost or stolen items. It also does not cover cosmetic damage including scratches, nicks, or worn prints. If you feel the damage to your bottle warrants a replacement, please submit a warranty claim directly with your local retailer or distributor. Please note that all claims are subject to review and we reserve the right to reject claims that do not fall within guidelines of the guarantee.

What is your return policy?

For safety and health reasons, Nalgene does not accept returns. If your product is defective, please submit your warranty claim directly with your local retailer or distributor. You can find a comprehensive list of our distributors here. If you have received the wrong item or your item was not to your expectations, please contact us.

Are your bottles BPA Free?

Yes, all of our bottles are free of BPA, BPS, BPF and phthalates. You can find more information here.
